At the end of the course there are two additional incentives that will help participants onto the next level in our industry. First, PROJECT X has the option to nominate up to two people for the F.A.M.E. Team selection process. Second, an award for the “Umberto Giannini Project X Young Hairdresser of the Year” is made announced at the Fellowship Luncheon and Awards each each year.
